A: Not typically, however long duration power
outages or extreme weather conditions can cause
every provider problems. Valley Center Wireless
is extremely prompt to resolve any network issues
24/7/365.
Q: What do I do if my service isn't working?
A: There are a lot of different devices that
can prevent your connection from working properly.
Typically the most volatile link is your residential
grade router - power cycle this device first!
If that doesn't resolve your concern always feel
free to call our office at 760-749-0828. If you
call after hours the on call tech typically returns
your call within 12 hours.
Q: Does Valley Center Wireless monitor my
connection?
A: No we do not monitor your connection. It's
important that if you are experiencing any concerns
that you call our office for immediate assistance!
Q: Does Valley Center Wireless charge for
onsite repairs?
A: If the problem is with our equipment we do
not, however if the problem is with your router,
home equipment, etc there may be a $50/hour dispatch
fee to cover the expense of our technicians.

for sale?
A: Yes - we carry residential grade wireless routers,
cables, adapters, etc.
